How do I check my points balance?

Log in to your account via the Rewards page on our website. Your current points balance will be displayed in the Rewards Boutique. You’ll also receive regular updates on your points balance via email, and by SMS if you’re subscribed.

Can I redeem my points for cash or gift cards?

We’re excited to announce vouchers are back on our Loyalty Programme!. You can now redeem your points for products in our Rewards Boutique, free shipping, or vouchers. Please note, points cannot be redeemed for cash.
